AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating dumbbell snatches. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses as needed. Keep a steady pace and push through the gymnastics movements with proper form.
