AMRAP Gymnastics Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
