Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

  • Wall Balls
  • Pull-ups

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Alternate between Wall Balls and Pull-ups. Aim to complete as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval.
