AMRAP Gymnastics RopeAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Double Unders
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and consistent reps.
- Double unders can be scaled to single unders if needed.
