AMRAP Gymnastics RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-bar
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 handstand push-ups, and 20 toes-to-bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
