Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Peg Board


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Notes:
Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Scale the movement if needed to ensure safety and proper technique.
