EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar


Notes:
- Each minute, complete the prescribed number of strict handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale as needed to maintain quality movement throughout the workout.
