For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10ft increments)

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Pull-up Bar
- Rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scaling options can be implemented for each gymnastics movement to ensure athletes can complete the workout with proper form and intensity.
