AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality movement.
