AMRAP Gymnastics Assault Bike

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible.
