Tabata Gymnastics GHD MachineTabata:
- GHD Sit-ups
- Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on each movement. Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and Handstand Push-ups. Score is total reps completed across both movements. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
