AMRAP Gymnastics Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Modify box jump height as needed.
- Substitute double unders with single unders or lateral hops if needed.
