AMRAP Gymnastics RigAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 25 Air Squats
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire AMRAP.
Scoring:
Score is the total number of rounds and reps completed in the 20-minute time cap.
