AMRAP Gymnastics Rower

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Alternating Pistols (per leg)
  • 30 Double-unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to move efficiently through each movement.
