Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 strict handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to maximize rounds completed.
