Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Bench

For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)


Equipment:
- Bench (for handstand push-ups)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
