  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This chipper workout will test your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Remember to break up the reps strategically to keep moving efficiently.
