EMOM Gymnastics Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar


Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Scaling: Modify the handstand push-ups with pike push-ups and the toes-to-bar with hanging knee raises if needed.


Note: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout, especially on the gymnastics movements.
