EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols


Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, complete the prescribed number of reps for each movement. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout to prevent fatigue and injury.
