AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 25 Slam Ball (20/15 lb)


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving through each movement with good form and efficiency. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration.
