Tabata Gymnastics Rower

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Toes-to-Bar
- Handstand Push-ups


Equipment:
- Rower


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of toes-to-bar for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then switch to handstand push-ups for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and continue alternating for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed across both movements. Adjust movements or scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
