AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 25 Slam Balls (20/15 lb)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed. Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving.
