  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for warm-up or cool down)
- Box for Box Jumps


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
