For Time Gymnastics Medicine BallFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistols (alternating legs)
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each set of reps unbroken if possible, but break up as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale movements as necessary to ensure safety and intensity.
