EMOM Gymnastics RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute begins. Perform 15 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute, then rest until the next even minute begins. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
Scaling Options:
- Toes-to-Bar: Knees-to-Elbows, Hanging Knee Raises
- Handstand Push-ups: Hand-release Push-ups, Pike Push-ups
Notes:
Adjust the rep scheme or movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM. Focus on quality movement and maintaining proper form throughout the workout.
