EMOM Gymnastics Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: Peg Board


Instructions: Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
