Chipper Gymnastics Bench

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Bar Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Bench for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
