Chipper Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pistols (alternating legs)
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Burpee Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on pull-ups if needed
Instructions:
Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Modify movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Time cap: 20 minutes.
