AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 25 Air Squats

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises as necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick and consistent reps.
- Keep a steady pace and focus on efficient transitions between movements.
