AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 25 Sit-ups


Equipment:
- Slam Ball (20/15 lb)


Notes:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout.
