For Time Gymnastics BenchFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)
Equipment: Bench for modified handstand push-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
