Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort kipping pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Perform as many kipping pull-ups as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds between rounds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. After completing the Tabata, immediately hop on the stationary bike and pedal at a moderate pace for 5 minutes to cool down.


Score: Total number of kipping pull-ups completed.
