  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
