  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Pull-ups
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

- Medicine Ball for Pistols


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
