- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions: Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of the odd minutes and 15 Handstand Push-ups at the start of the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
