  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Handstand Walk (10 ft increments)

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball for Pistols


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
