Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.
