Tabata Gymnastics Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Handstand Push-ups
    3. Toes-to-Bar
    4. Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Box for the Tabata timing


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Modify movements as needed to maintain intensity and form.
