AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Peg Board Ascents
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar


Notes: Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout. Have a spotter for the handstand push-ups if necessary.
