AMRAP Gymnastics Barbell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Air Squats

Notes:
- Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
