    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

- Rope


Instructions:
Complete as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
