AMRAP Gymnastics Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls, 10 pull-ups, and 10 handstand push-ups. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
