AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on quality movement throughout the workout.
