Tabata Gymnastics Rower

Tabata:


  • Rowing (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Ring Muscle-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rotate through each movement, completing all 8 rounds before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
