Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions: Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Scale the movement to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Good luck!
