For Time Gymnastics RigFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form. Keep a steady pace throughout to finish within the time cap.
