Tabata Gymnastics Kettlebell

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for added challenge)


Instructions:
Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Modify the movement as needed to ensure proper form and safety. Optional: Hold a kettlebell in a goblet squat position during the rest intervals for added challenge.
