  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Notes: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
