For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment: Dumbbell for Pistol Squats


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
