For Time Gymnastics RigFor Time:
- 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 40 Handstand Push-Ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
- 10 Bar Muscle-Ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each set of reps unbroken if possible, or break them up strategically to minimize rest time. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on efficient movement patterns to complete the gymnastics movements with proper form.
